Waggin' Tails Shelter is municipally owned by the City of Torrington, Wyoming. Waggin' Tails Shelter is operated by one full time Shelter/Animal control person and many volunteers. Our statistics show more than 250 dogs going through our doors yearly. Although we are run by the City of Torrington, we depend greatly on donations.
